Overview
If you sell FiveM scripts, you need more than a random string as a key. You need to know which server a license belongs to, whether it is active, when it expires, and how to shut it off after a refund or a leak.

Is the license checked every time the script runs?
Authorization is verified when the resource starts. Your protected code only loads for a valid, active license, so revoking a key stops execution on the next start.
Can one license cover several scripts?
Yes. Use a collection to bundle multiple resources under a single license for customers who buy a pack.
What if a customer changes servers?
Update the allowed IPs on their license, or re-issue the key. The rest of their setup stays the same.
Do I have to share my keys in plain text forever?
No. Only a hash of each key is stored. You can re-issue a key or send a one-time download link if a customer loses theirs.
