Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Trust Secure ("the Service", operated via trustscure.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Trust Secure provides script protection, encryption, licensing, and access-control tools for developers. Protection raises the cost of unauthorized use but does not guarantee that content cannot be extracted by someone with full control of their own machine.

Sign-in is via Discord. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it, and must provide accurate information. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

You retain all ownership of the scripts and content you upload. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, encrypt, and serve your content to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and for having the rights to it.

You may not use the Service to host or distribute malware, infringe others' rights, violate any law, attack or overload the Service, attempt to bypass plan limits or security controls, or resell the Service without authorization.

Paid plans grant the features and limits shown on the pricing page for the billing period you choose. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect the period already paid. Billing is handled by a third-party payment provider. Payments are non-refundable — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Service or others. Some data may be deleted upon termination.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
